We are seeking a skilled and experienced SEO Specialist to join our team. As an SEO Specialist, you will play a critical role in optimizing our clients' websites and driving organic traffic and rankings. If you have a passion for search engine optimization, a deep understanding of SEO strategies, and the ability to implement effective tactics, we would love to have you on board.
This position is both creative and rigorous by nature you need to think
outside the box. We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a "get it done"
spirit. To be successful, you will have solid solving problem skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for website optimization.
- Perform on-page and off-page optimization activities to improve search engine visibility.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies, including content optimization, link building, and technical SEO.
- Monitor website performance using SEO tools and analytics to track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversion rates.
- Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and industry best practices to ensure effective SEO strategies.
- Conduct website audits to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SEO efforts with overall marketing objectives.
Must Have
- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of search engine optimization strategies and tactics.
- Familiarity with SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and identify optimization opportunities.
- Excellent understanding of on-page and off-page SEO factors.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with local SEO strategies and optimization.
- Knowledge of technical SEO, including website structure, HTML, and website speed optimization.
- Familiarity with SEO plugins and tools for popular content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Understanding of content marketing and its relationship with SEO.
