Refund Policy


Refund Policy for Services

Eligibility for Refunds Our refund policy is designed for the digital services we provide. Refunds may be issued only if a valid reason for dissatisfaction is demonstrated and if requested within 30 days of the service purchase. After 30 days, refunds or exchanges are not available.

Non-Refundable Services Certain services are exempt from refunds, including but not limited to:

  • Website development and customization services
  • Digital marketing campaigns, such as PPC ads, social media marketing, and SEO
  • Custom digital solutions and consulting services provided by Orgocloud
  • Any downloadable or one-time digital services, such as software tools or templates

Partial Refunds (if applicable) Partial refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • If a project is partially completed and a reasonable cause for dissatisfaction exists
  • If a project is canceled after initial work has commenced, with any costs incurred deducted from the refund

Refund Processing

Once we review your refund request, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the approval notification:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time for the refund to be posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times vary.

Non-Refundable and Sale Services

Only regular-priced services are eligible for refunds. Sale or promotional services are non-refundable.
