Refund Policy
Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Certain types of goods and services are exempt from returns. These include:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Downloadable software products
- Custom services like website development, digital marketing campaigns, and personalized items
- Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Additional Non-returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Some health and personal care items
To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

- Contact your credit card company; it may take time before the refund is posted.

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable):

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the gift was not marked, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach you can vary. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over ₹5,000. We do not guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
